This unique Znojmo brewery, revived in 2015, brews beer using wine yeast — one of only a few breweries in the world using this method. The 1.5-hour tour takes visitors through the entire production process from malt and hops to bottling; guests can smell various hop varieties and taste Znojmo beers. Children under 15 enter free.
