The Znojmo municipal brewery in the castle grounds resumed beer production in 2015. Its specialities include Sauvin 11, a beer fermented with wine yeast typical of the Znojmo region and hopped with the Nelson Sauvin variety. The tour lasts 1.5 hours and visitors get to see the entire production process from malt through hops to bottling, can smell various hop varieties and taste Znojmo beers. Children under 15 enter free.
