The Zoological and Botanical Garden Plzeň at Lochotín includes extensive aquarium and wildlife exhibitions. The Czech Rivers exhibition takes visitors through the ecosystems of the upper, middle and lower river reaches, with fish, European otter and beaver. The tropical Lokomotiva section features aquariums with Lake Malawi cichlids and other exotic species. Educational programmes are available for all age groups.
