Pavilon akvárií Zoo Hodonín – africká jezera Tanganika a Malawi

Zoo Hodonín is opening a new two-storey aquarium pavilion in summer 2026 at a cost of 70 million Kč – the largest freshwater exhibition of its kind in the Czech Republic. Hundreds of fish from African lakes Tanganyika and Malawi, many of them endemic species, inhabit tanks with a total volume of approximately 180 cubic metres. The pavilion replaces the original aquarium exhibition destroyed by a tornado in 2021.
