The information centre of the Štěchovice hydroelectric power plant on the Vltava river (ČEZ) offers guided tours of the turbine hall with Kaplan turbines and generators, the outdoor 110 kV switchyard, and the Štěchovice II pumped-storage plant. Part of the Vltava cascade, the concrete dam with granite cladding is 22.5 m high and 120 m long. Entry is free; advance reservation is required.
