The Regional Museum in Dobruška is housed in a former rabbi's house on Šubertovo náměstí and encompasses six buildings – four of which are listed cultural monuments. The permanent exhibitions trace the history of Dobruška from prehistory to the present, commemorate local figures such as F. L. Věk (Josef Václav Hek) and František Kupka, and uniquely illuminate the story of the local Jewish community, including a preserved mikveh (ritual bath from the 16th century) and a restored synagogue. The complex also features a garden lapidarium and a viewing tower on the town hall.
