A pair of ČEZ wind turbines near Věžnice, between Polná and Přibyslav in the Vysočina region. The REpower MM92 turbines have been running since December 2009, each with a rated output of 2,050 kW, a rotor axis at a height of 80 metres, a rotor 92.5 metres in diameter and a total height of 126.3 metres. The annual output of both machines covers the consumption of more than two thousand households. Once a year, as part of Wind Energy Day, one of the turbines opens to the public — ČEZ specialists guide visitors through the interior of the tower, and the programme is rounded out by firefighter demonstrations and attractions for children.
