A revitalised complex of the former Rotter textile mill on the bank of the Svratka below the Vír dam, home to the Adrex Base Camp with a rental service for climbing, cycling and paddling gear, a tourist information centre with the Kaf-Í-čko café, and a pub in season. The main attraction is a 46-metre brick chimney with a secured industrial via ferrata and a jump from a platform 26 metres up, followed by several metres of free fall and a safe landing on the ground. The jump and the abseil are run exclusively under the supervision of a trained instructor and are open only to people over 15 weighing between 20 and 140 kg; the via ferrata climb up the chimney can be arranged by appointment, is for ages 18 and over, minors only when accompanied by a person entrusted with their supervision, and complete beginners only with an instructor. The complex adjoins the rock via ferratas in Vír, a paddling channel, bike trails and, in winter, an ice wall below the dam.
