Sklárna Annín 1796 in Dlouhá Ves in the Šumava region is one of the few surviving operational Šumava glassworks. In June 2016, the glassmaking furnace was relit here for the first time in nearly 70 years. Visitors can watch master glassmakers at work, explore a museum dedicated to the history of glassmaking, and purchase cut glass. A popular highlight is the option to blow your own glass object for an additional fee.
