One of the largest aquaponic farms in Central Europe, hidden in an industrial complex near Beroun. In a closed water system, Siberian sturgeon, Nile tilapia and African catfish are bred, their waste products nourishing lettuces, herbs and vegetables. The farm organises guided tours with tastings at which visitors can try products from sustainable fish farming and learn about the principles of responsible aquaculture.
