A fish hatchery run by the Moravian Anglers' Union in Poušov near Třebíč. The company RYBÍ LÍHEŇ, spol. s r.o. was founded in 1992 and is owned by the MRS Třebíč branch association. It operates on a site of roughly 6 hectares and manages about 42 hectares of pond areas leased mainly from the town of Třebíč. It mainly produces stocking material of rheophilic, i.e. current-loving fish species for branch associations of the Moravian Anglers' Union as well as for organisations of the Czech Anglers' Union, and it is the main producer of live fish for the Christmas and Easter markets. It breeds common barbel, vimba bream, nase, chub and ide, pike, tench, carp, grass carp and silver carp. Visits must be arranged in advance.
