A steel lookout tower on the hill Val (788 m) above the village of Dolní Hedeč near Králíky. It lies on the border between the Orlické hory mountains and Kralický Sněžník and doubles as a telecommunications mast; it was built on top of an existing water reservoir. The whole tower is 34.5 m tall and 102 steps lead to the viewing gallery at a height of 22 m. The panoramic view stretches to the Orlické hory, Kralický Sněžník and the Jeseníky mountains.
