A massive concrete tower built in 1931–1932 on the summit of Suchý vrch (975 m) in the Orlické hory mountains. It also serves as a water tower and offers views of Praděd, Kralický Sněžník and the Polish Sowie mountains. Several hiking trails with significant elevation gain lead to the top.
