A concrete tower from 1931–1932 just below the summit of Suchý vrch (995 m). Standing at an altitude of 975 metres, it was built as a water tower and today forms part of Kramářova chata. The viewing platform 22 metres up, reached by 128 steps, offers views of Praděd, Králický Sněžník and the Polish Kłodzko region. Several hiking trails with a considerable elevation gain lead to the summit.

The tower adjoins Kramářova chata, opened to the public on 6 July 1928; the chalet burned down in 2003 and reopened only in 2012.
About 3 km along the red trail stands the Bouda artillery fort, built before the Second World War against Nazi Germany.
