Metal lookout tower built in 2009 on the roof of a renovated water reservoir on Rubačka hill (585 m a.s.l.) between the villages of Nový Telečkov and Baliny, about 6 km southwest of Velké Meziříčí. The viewing platform is reached by climbing 42 steps and offers a view of Velké Meziříčí and the Bohemian-Moravian Highlands.
