A telecommunications tower serving as a lookout (35 m tall) on the Nová Ves ridge at an altitude of 676 m above sea level. The lookout, named after the source of the Nisa River, was opened in 2006. Views of the Jizerské hory, Ještěd, and on clear days the Krkonoše mountains.
