A covered wooden observation tower from 2001 by the Velký lomnický pond. It stands about 1.2 km north of Lomnice nad Lužnicí on the twelve-stop Velký lomnický nature trail and serves mainly for birdwatching on the Třeboň ponds. The tower is 7 metres tall and the covered viewing platform is at a height of 4 metres. Access is free and open year-round; the tower was repaired in 2021.
