A stone observation tower dating from 1905 stands on the summit of Čerchov (1,042 m a.s.l.), the highest peak of the Český les (Bohemian Forest). Views extend across the Český les, the Šumava range, Bavaria, and on clear days as far as the Alps. Accessible via hiking trails from Domažlice or Babylon.
