Unique observation tower integrated within the Chapel of St. Anne from 1936 at the summit of Kozubová (982 m above sea level) near Milíkov in the Silesian Beskydy. 18 m tall, views of Třinec, the Beskydy Mountains and the Polish ranges. Keys available at the Kozubová hotel reception.

• The summit of Kozubová (982 m) carries the chapel of svaté Anny from 1936 to 1937, whose slim 18 metre tower was adapted into a lookout.
• The brick tourist chalet on top dates from 1989; the original chalet of 1929 burned down in 1973.
