Kozákov (744 m) is the highest mountain of the Bohemian Paradise. The Rieger tourist chalet has stood here since 1928, and beside it a metal lookout tower with a viewing platform at a height of 24 m (124 steps) was built in 1993. In good visibility you can see a quarter of Bohemia – the Bohemian Paradise, the Jizera river region, the Lusatian Mountains, Ještěd, the Jizera Mountains, the Krkonoše (Giant Mountains) and the Orlické Mountains.
