A stone lookout tower from 1898 on Hostýn hill (736 m above sea level) in the Hostýnské vrchy hills. The Emperor Franz Joseph I Tower is 15 m tall and 59 iron steps lead to the viewing platform. The view stretches towards Bystřice pod Hostýnem, Svatý Kopeček near Olomouc, the Jeseníky Mountains and Zlín. On the ground floor there is the Chapel of the Holy Cross, and on the neighbouring summit stands the pilgrimage Basilica of the Assumption of the Virgin Mary.
