Sigmund Freud, the founder of psychoanalysis, was born in the historic centre of Příbor in 1856. The reconstructed birthplace houses the interactive exhibition 'House of Dreams', featuring projections, sound installations and light effects exploring the dreams, unconscious mind and childhood of the famous psychologist. A bronze replica of Freud's iconic couch outside the building invites visitors to pose for photos. Reopened after reconstruction in 2026.
