One of the oldest museums in Bohemia, housed in a former 18th-century Capuchin monastery. It offers permanent exhibitions dedicated to the history and archaeology of the Mělník region, winemaking, natural history, and a unique collection of historic prams. The museum runs an extensive programme of educational activities for schools and interest groups, with a catalogue of programmes published each school year.
