A museum of the National Technical Museum dedicated to the history of postal services, telecommunications, and technological development in the Czech lands. Exhibits include a Biedermeier apartment with wall paintings from 1847, the history of postage stamps and their production, the evolution of postal technology, and the early days of radio broadcasting. Part of the National Technical Museum since 2026. Located in the centre of Prague, easily accessible by public transport.

The museum was founded on 18 December 1918, the very day the first postage stamps of Czechoslovakia were issued.
It stands in the historic mill house at Nové mlýny 2 in Praha 1, and since 1976 it has had a large branch at the monastery in Vyšším Brodě.
The exhibition is interactive — it expects you to touch the exhibits and try them out.
