The Planetarium of Gymnázium Cheb features a unique star hall with a Goto Venus projection system and a historic Zeiss projection planetarium from 1960. It offers educational programs for primary schools (Earth in Space, Earth's Movements, Journey Through the Solar System) and secondary schools (Fundamentals of Astrophysics). The facility includes a small science centre with interactive exhibits and an observatory with a computer-controlled 30 cm diameter telescope.
