The Brewery Museum in Plzeň is housed in a historic 15th-century Gothic burgher's brewing house in the city centre, separate from the Pilsner Urquell brewery tour. The permanent exhibition traces 700 years of Plzeň brewing history – from medieval beer-making through technological development to the modern industrial brewery. Visitors can see original equipment from the kiln, brew house, cellars, and a horse-drawn cart. The tour also includes access to the historic underground. Special educational programmes are available for schools.
