The family gingerbread bakery of Pavel Janoš in the Studánka district of Pardubice, with its own production facility. The shop is combined with a patisserie and café, offers several hundred kinds of gingerbread, and an inscription on a finished gingerbread is written while you wait, in about half an hour. The gingerbread is baked from pure bee honey without preservatives or stabilisers, and the company has been practising the craft for over a hundred years. There is free parking in front of the shop.
