A municipal cultural centre in Dvůr Králové nad Labem with a theatre and the Svět cinema. It is named after Václav Hanka, who in 1817 discovered the Rukopis královédvorský (Dvůr Králové Manuscript) in the local deanery church of St. John the Baptist. For schools it runs separate programmes for kindergartens, both levels of primary school and secondary schools. A good cultural complement to a visit of the town and Zoo Dvůr Králové.
