The Renaissance Žerotínský Castle in Nový Jičín houses rich exhibitions on the history of the region and a unique collection of hats, caps and headwear. Children can actually try on hats in an interactive fitting room and in a creative studio decorate their own mini hat. The museum organises special programmes for school groups and kindergartens, including the Mrak puppet theatre and themed expeditions to a Slavic hillfort.
