A museum housed in a Neo-Renaissance building with a sandstone façade on Hořice's main square. It focuses on the sculptural tradition of the Hořice region – the area was renowned for sandstone quarrying and for its stonemasonry and sculpture school. Children learn about the history of local crafts and the region from prehistoric times to the 20th century. The complex also includes the Galerie plastik with an outdoor exhibition of Czech sculpture and the Masarykova věž samostatnosti with views over the countryside.
