The Masaryk Theatre on Husova Street is the largest cultural hall in Jičín. It is run by Kulturní zařízení města Jičína (KZMJ), a municipal organisation, and the programme includes theatre performances, fairy tales for children, concerts, balls and dance competitions. The building originally served as a Sokol gymnasium; the ground floor is wheelchair accessible.
