The best-known limestone quarry in the Czech Republic, nicknamed the Czech Grand Canyon, near Mořina. It lies 21 km southwest of Prague in the Bohemian Karst Protected Landscape Area; its depth is given as 67 to 80 metres and an azure lake fills the bottom. Accessible from viewpoint trails, and groups of 10+ people can book a guided tour of the underground Hagen adits.
