The Kokořínské pokličky (Kokořín Mushroom Rocks) are unique sandstone rock pillars — the symbol of the Kokořínsko Protected Landscape Area. The largest reaches a height of 12 m. They formed through the differing resistance of the lower sandstone layer and the upper iron conglomerate cap to erosion. Accessed via a wooden staircase with handrails, with a nature trail loop around the rocks.
