Winner of the Municipal Library of the Year 2024 competition. It is housed in the building of the former Masaryk School, which the town renovated and ceremonially opened as a library on 1 September 2018. The library's history dates back to 1885, when the burgher Johann Friedrich Schneider bequeathed his book collection to the town for the establishment of a public library. It offers a children's department with talks and educational programmes for kindergartens, primary and secondary schools. The library is barrier-free and has a commemorative Václav Havel Bench.
