The second location of the Pardubice Regional Library sits in the historic Příhrádek complex. The U Vokolků Library Centre was created from the renovated houses no. 6, 7 and 8 and offers a reading room with daily newspapers and board games, an art and crafts studio with instructors, a regional study room about the Pardubice area, a museum with exhibitions and a film lounge, and the Brána Vesmíru research room with collections on space exploration. It is also open at weekends, making it suitable for group visits combined with the main building on Pernštýnské náměstí.
