The Karlovské Museum is housed in a former merchant's house from the early 19th century. Two buildings of this heritage-listed complex in the historic centre of Velké Karlovice present life in the Wallachia region – shepherding and farming tools, wool and flax processing, sheep cheese production, shingle splitting, woodcarving and the local Karlovice folk costume. An ideal trip into the authentic rural setting of the Beskydy Mountains.
