Authentic equipment on display: a casualty treatment room, radiometers, air filters, period communication technology and sanitary facilities. A unique record of the civil defence system from the Cold War era.

In the 1970s and 1980s Jihlava had a total of 83 shelters; this one was built for the staff of the Jihlava Municipal National Committee.
One room plays the authentic radio broadcast that announced on 20 August 1968 that Warsaw Pact troops had crossed the state border.
