Hvězdárna Vyškov is located in Marchanice near Vyškov within the Dinopark complex. Open on Tuesdays and Fridays from dusk, it offers telescope sky observations, sky projections on screen and information about space and cosmonautics. Special programmes are available for schools, including repeated space flight simulations for secondary school students and a solar observatory.

The main instrument is a 508 mm reflecting telescope by Orion Optics on a Paramount II mount.
Besides public astronomy programmes, the observatory also hosts research observations for astrophysics teaching at Masaryk University.
The exhibition is interactive — it expects you to touch the exhibits and try them out.
