The Žďárské vrchy Nature House in the picturesque village heritage reserve of Krátká near Sněžné is a modern exhibition dedicated to the nature and history of the Žďárské vrchy Protected Landscape Area. The exhibition traces the development of the Žďárské vrchy landscape from primeval forest to the present day, as well as the biodiversity of its peatlands, wetlands, and forests. The non-profit organisation Chaloupky o.p.s. runs educational programmes here for kindergartens, primary schools, and secondary schools focused on ecological themes, traditions, and customs.
