A unique industrial heritage site featuring a blast furnace circuit where visitors can peek behind the scenes of iron production. The entire complex has been revitalized and serves as a cultural centre with galleries, music and educational programmes. Part of the so-called 'Ostrava Hradčany'.

• Blast furnace no. 1 was tapped for the last time on 27 September 1998. The tour now leads up to a viewing platform 60 m above the ground.
• Since 2015 the furnace has been topped by the 77.7-metre Bolt Tower. The whole complex is nicknamed the Ostrava Hradčany.
