The most famous puppet theatre in the Czech Republic, with a tradition of nearly a century, offers experiential workshops for schools and kindergartens tailored to children's ages. The theatre also organises backstage tours and workshops focused on puppetry. Performances are suitable from age 4; interactive elements allow children to communicate with the characters during the show.

The theatre was founded in Plzeň in 1930 by Josef Skupa; the Hurvínek puppet had been carved back in 1926 as a miniature of Spejbl.
It has so far played in 34 countries and 22 languages, because its actors learned each show in the language of the host country.
Besides the tour there are hands-on workshops, so children get to make something themselves.
Allow roughly an hour; the programme is aimed at preschoolers, lower primary and upper primary.
