The largest museum of Czechoslovak fortifications in the Czech Republic, located in the Orlické Mountains. Five massive reinforced concrete structures connected by 1.5 km of underground corridors and halls, built 1935–1938. Unique exhibits: the only surviving five-embrasure armored bell, an underground narrow-gauge railway up to 57 m below ground, and a replica of a retractable rotating turret weighing 440 tons.
