The renovated villa of Dominik Čipera in the centre of Zlín has served since February 2026 as the Cultural and Creative Centre of the Zlín Region. The permanent exhibition on Čipera and on villa and residential construction in Zlín was prepared by the Regional Gallery of Fine Arts; the centre also offers creative workshops, craft workshops and design and film seminars for schools and the public.

The reconstruction of Čiperova vila, costing 202 million CZK, was completed in February 2026, with one hundred million covered by a grant from the National Recovery Plan.
The permanent exhibition on Dominik Čipera and villa architecture in Zlín was prepared by the Krajská galerie výtvarného umění; the centre also offers schools 90-minute creative workshops for 35 CZK per pupil.
