A unique former deep-mining kaolin mine from the 19th century open to the public. Centrum Caolinum offers guided tours of approximately 700 metres of accessible tunnels and chambers (1,300 m of underground passages in total), a permanent exhibition on kaolin mining, and a nature trail. The temperature underground is a constant 10 °C. Ideal for school excursions focused on geology, mining, and industrial history.

Kaolin was mined here from 1870 to 1897, then the mine lay abandoned for almost a century and reopened to visitors in June 2019.
