A regional cultural and educational centre in the former Baťa factory complex in Zlín. It occupies factory buildings no. 14 and 15, which were built only after the war, in 1946–1947, to a design by Jiří Voženílek. The centre houses the Museum of South-East Moravia, the Regional Gallery of Fine Arts and the František Bartoš Regional Library. Educational programmes for schools cover the Baťa system of work, architecture and the social model of Zlín in the 1920s and 1930s.
